Skills required:

Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in the following:

• Strong business or training experience
• Consultancy experience and/or

The following would be an advantage:
• An appropriate qualification such as an MSc, MBA and/or
• Professional membership (e.g. CIPD, CIM)
